Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ocean view condo located on the 18th floor in Kingston Plantation right on the BEACH! Gated beach community, parking deck, close to lot of amenities.

Right on the BEACH! Professionally decorated with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, in condo washer and dryer. Flat screen TV's in every room. Spacious balcony for lounging or eating with a view of the ocean, beach, pool, and famous Myrtle Beach pier. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

Private balcony with direct oceanview. Private entrance to the balcony from the master bedroom and family room. Enjoy the ocean while relaxing inside or out.

Full equipped kitchen. Dining table seats 6 with breakfast bar seating.

Nice Gem of a Place!

We had a great time staying at the Brighton 1807 condo! The place was clean, had plenty of room, and had a great sunrise view overlooking the beach and Embassy property to the north. We really enjoyed the pool area, and the beach area here was fairly wide, had a low slope, and wasn't overly crowded. The Kingston Plantation area in general was beautiful, well-landscaped, and provided a measure of privacy in a typically very busy Myrtle Beach. Julie was great to work with, and provided very quick and detailed communication on everything. She was great to work with and we enjoyed our entire stay. Highly recommended!

Great View / Great Stay

This is my 5th time staying at Kingston Plantation. I favor Brighton Tower over any of the other towers on property. The unit is adequately furnished and stocked with necessities. The bathrooms / kitchen are a little dated but functional and there are some odd wiring setups that are a bit of an eyesore. None of this diminishes the perfect view and location of the unit. Communication with the property manager was prompt and responsive.

This private residence is located within the beautiful private gated beachfront community of Kingston Plantation. It is a 145-acre master planned community, nothing less than spectacular! Complete with 23-acres of freshwater lakes, surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and above all only steps to the 1/2-mile of wide, white sandy beach.

During your stay, our guests will have access to multiple pools (one dedicated to the Brighton building, located outdoor at the complex along with a hot tub), and a Kingston Plantation Master Association pool, Windemere by the Sea.

Right next door is an Embassy Suites Resort, guests are more than welcome to enjoy Starbucks or the newly completed Black Drum Brewery. A short walk to the brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating welcomes you with many fire pits to grab a drink to relax, along with a large patio for your enjoyment. Indoor or outdoor whatever you enjoy, allows for a beautiful view of the ocean.
