Ready for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? Look no further!
Rest and relax at 213 Laurel Court! Secluded in the 145-acre, gated community of Kingston Plantation and nestled amidst tropical plants and Palmetto trees, our condo is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. Located on the second floor, there is easy access to the lodge elevator as our condo is the closest to it!

Recently updated throughout, the neutral, beachy décor adds to the charm of our two bedroom, two full bathroom condo that can accommodate up to six guests. The master has a king-sized bed and shower/tub in the master bath; the guest room has two twin beds. The guest bathroom is accessible from the guest room and hallway. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room that can sleep two.

For your convenience, the kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home. Stainless steel major appliances, small appliances, cookware, a complete set of dishware and utensils are available for your use. There is a washer and dryer and collapsible dryer rack located in the main hallway.

As our Vrbo guest, you have unlimited access to a ½-mile stretch of private beach that is an easy five-minute walk from the condo. You also have access to three pools for an enjoyable late afternoon or early evening dip; the Richmond Park pool is located directly behind the Laurel Court lodge building.

****PLEASE NOTE THAT 78 FITNESS & CURRENTS WATERPARK ON KINGSTON PLANTATION ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO GUESTS BOOKING THROUGH EMBASSY SUITES/HILTON (Kingston Resorts -- Kingston Plantation's onsite rental program). Guests are still be able to receive services through Spa 33 (the salon/spa, which is a different section of "The Landing" at Kingston Plantation), as it was always a "pay per service" basis. It is unfortunate, but out of our control.***

Enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon glass of wine on our screened in balcony. Take in the gorgeous view of Arrowhead Lake and footbridge (elegantly lit at night) and do some bird watching. The lake is home to black swans, blue heron, egret, cormorants, and a “bale” of adorable little sea turtles!

Go for a sunrise/sunset stroll on the beach, or for a small fee you can walk the Apache Pier – the largest wooden pier on the east coast – out over the Atlantic Ocean. The pier boasts some excellent fishing; equipment is available for rent. Stop in at “Croakers” for a drink, light bites or enjoy some music on the water!

Golf cart rentals are available from Kingston Golf Cart Rental and make getting around more convenient and super fun - not to mention the ease of hauling the beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys (provided) to the beach!

Very nice property, well maintained, nice updates and has lots of space. You can tell that the owner goes out of his way to provide you with everything that you may need. Also, the view of the lake was amazing and it is just a five minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean and nice and just a 5 minute walk to the beach in a nice gated community. Parking, loading and unloading were no problem at all. Anything you need and fun things to do are all nearby. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

This place was exactly as described. Beautiful, recently renovated and very clean. The owner and manager were easily accessible to communicate with and the check in process was the easiest we have ever had. We rented a golf cart for the week but honestly it’s just as easy to walk or make the short drive to the beach. My kids loved the lake for fishing right behind the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay on this property. It was in a great location on with a "lake view" and then just a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and the kitchen came with dishes that helped with cooking. Wendy was super nice and super helpful. I will definitely be recommending this place to others and if we every go back to Myrtle beach I will be booking here.

Best location, beautiful property with everything close by. Property has it all pool, beach and fishing pind. My son absolutely loved the fishing pond. This location was riggt outside pind where we could watch him from balcony or if we were poolside. Quiet peacful location. Condo is just right. We would definitely come back and stay here. Recommend to anyone. Stood a week for a baseball tournament 20 min away from condo. Laurel court was wonderful. 5 stars

We stayed here for 5 nights and we encountered ZERO issues! The condo was very clean and presented as in the photos. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed by providing all of the essentials that we needed and MUCH MORE to have a wonderful stay. The king size bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Even my husband, who complains about sleeping in any bed other than our own, didn’t have any complaints! This is a 5-star accommodation, no doubt, and we will return!

This condo never dissappoints

This was my second year in a row spending spring break here and it didn't disappoint. The unit is clean, well stocked and the location is great. I love the screened balcony especially early in the morning and in the evening and the short walk to the beach is perfect to get my beach time and exercise in all at the same time. Thank you for sharing such a great unit. My sister joined me for the last day of my stay and she enjoyed it as well. The owners provide beach chairs and beach toys for fun times at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience in your location. My wife enjoyed the enclosed, screened-in porch which became her she-shed, the grandchildren enjoyed the onsite pool and I enjoyed their joys in your second floor facililty. All the visitors with whom we engaged were pleasant. The only recommendations for improvement would be the elevator smell. We appreciate the opportunity and may rent again in the future!

Well kept condo in a beautiful neighborhood

The condo was as advertised. We had no problems checking in at all. It’s a 5-6 minute walk to the beach and there are 2 pools to use, one right outside the building and the other just off the beach. Overall it was great and I do recommend it. Our only issue was that the upstairs neighbors were quite noisy. I’m thinking they had kids who were running around a lot and were early to rise in the morning. So sleeping in was difficult. But with hotels or condos this can happen anywhere. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your place.
