Od dodatnih sadržaja gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wifi, kablovski kanali, klima uređaj, posteljina i peškiri. Apartman se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, blizu Beograda na vodi, dobro je povezan sa centrom grada, u blizini se nalaze brojni kafići i restorani. Za goste koji dolaze sopstvenim automobilom obezbeđeno je besplatno privatno parking mesto.
