Don't let the photos fool you! AWFUL!
First, the security lock for the door was loose and not secure at all. The main reason we rented the property is because it was pet friendly, it was not. The back yard had weeds 2 feet high, the patio furniture was moldy, the deck was dilapidated beyond belief. There were covers missing for some outlets, a door missing for the laundry room, mold in both bathrooms which was obvious because if the stinch as soon as you walked in. The coffee pot was stained and still has drops of coffee in it. We purchased a coffee maker because of that, left it there for the owner, you are welcome. Comparing the yard right next door was like night and day, they had nice pavers and furniture, apparently that owner cared. Even after we reached to the owner about our concerns, she replied once saying she would look into it, never heard from her again. We actually ended up staying at Hyatt in Saint
Augustine with much better amenities for the same price. Hoping my credit card company can recoup our losses. I have used many VRBO rentals in the past and have always given 5 stars because they at least tried. Once again, spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Don't let the photos fool you!
