EXCLUSIVE 2 BEDROOM, 3 BATH UNIT with SPIRAL STAIRCASE TO LOFT with EXTRA LIVING ROOM and PRIVATE HOT TUB on private deck.

Comfortably sleeps 4 adults in 2 separate bedrooms each with king-sized beds. In addition, sleeps 4-5 kids or teens in sleeper sofas. There is a sleeper sofa in the "lockoff", another sleeper sofa in the living room, and third sleeper sofa in the loft/extra living room space. These sleeper sofas are great for kids and teens. The loft is accessible via the spiral staircase in the living room, so your teens can have a separate hang-out space. There are 3 total bathrooms: one each for the two bedrooms plus a third upstairs in the loft area.

Located at the Luxury Five-Star Ski-In/Ski-Out Westgate Resort at the Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) at the Canyons Base in Park City, Utah.

This condo/timeshare is a few short steps from the Red Pine Gondola. The COMPLIMENTARY Westgate Ski Valet Staff will carry your skis/poles/snowboards from secure storage to the Gondola for you so you just pick them up as you enter the lift line (or you can take them yourself.) The ski valets are there for you all day long, and of course will take your equipment back to your locker when you are finished for the day. They dry your boots/gloves for you overnight, storing them for you in your private locker in the on-site locker-room, and keep your skis/poles/snowboard in secure storage so you don't have to take them back to your room.

Note: there are two "bases" at PCMR: The Canyons Base (easiest access to the best terrain), and the historic PCMR Base (where you need reservations to park a car). There is a gondola connecting the two areas. Your lift ticket gives you access to both ski bases for one fee. Also, these bases are interconnected with free shuttles if you're done fore the day.

Westgate operates a COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE to all local venues, including Grocery Stores, Shopping Centers, Restaurants, movie theaters, night life, ice cream parlors, cross country ski venues, Old Town Main Street, and the other ski resorts in town (Deer Valley, other PCMR base). You don't need a rental car - but if you have one, you can park for free in the gated/heated underground garage, or make use of the free parking valet.

Westgate at Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) is recognized in ski magazines as one of the best resort condos in the world. Westgate is right at and part of the ski resort, not merely "in the neighborhood" like most of the other condos.

After a great day of skiing, you can enjoy swimming in any of 3 pools including Utah's largest year round heated indoor/outdoor pool, or you can try the adult only relaxation pool.

Relax in a hot tub, dry sauna, or steam room. You can also enjoy an 8000 square foot health spa, exercise facility, fine-dining restaurant, private club, and much more. Home to the 2002 winter Olympics, Park City is one of the top ski destinations in the world.

Park City also is home to some outstanding fine dining, and has many great family restaurants as well. Apres-ski & night life are fantastic, and there are fun things to do for kids & teens.

We live in Park City during Ski Season about 10 minutes from the property and will be available for all requests, issues, etc.
