MORE PHOTOS UPON REQUEST, Our 1650 sq. foot end-unit townhouse is one of only 18 units in a quaint, beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained development and is conveniently located within 1/4 mile walk to world famous fountain down town, Fountain Park/splash pad and shops.

On the first floor is a large kitchen, living room, dining room and half bath. The kitchen has all the amenities and an abundance of cabinets and drawers. The Living Room offers an additional queen size sofa bed, tv/dvd player and convenient access to back patio and amazing sunsets!

On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and washer/dryer. The large master bedroom includes a king size bed, sitting area, attached master bath with dual vanity, roomy walk-in shower, private commode, large walk-in closet, balcony and beautiful mountain views.
The guest bedroom is well appointed and offers a queen size bed, large closet, views of Four Peaks Mountain Range and a beautiful sunrise. The office/den includes a love seat, desk, tv/dvd player and mountain views.

The unit also includes a furnished back patio with new stainless steel gas grill, 2 car attached garage, newer furniture and paint (2012).

The town of Fountain Hills is located just east of Scottsdale and the Mayo Clinic (see map). It is surrounded by majestic mountains, parks, and the Sonoran Desert. Attractive, upscale homes are built throughout the hills. There are spectacular mountain views from almost anywhere in Fountain Hills. Beautiful landscaping is everywhere.

Brent was an exceptional host - quick response to any question or issue. Willing to accommodate in anyway possible. The townhouse included all amenities just as your home would be. It was in good condition, in nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the fountain and all that area has to offer. We really enjoyed our 3 months staying there!

Great place to stay

We recently spent some time at this great townhouse with our family. Located in a beautiful part of phoenix with all the amenities you would need Fountain Hills is an excellent location to stay. The townhouse had everything we needed and was decorated very nicely. It was located in a very quiet small complex and had a nice pool located very close to our townhouse. Brent, one of the owners, was great at answering any questions we had and was very accommodating with our requests. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it for others.

We stayed here March 1-14 & couldn't have been happier with everything. The owners were incredibly professional in all correspondence with us and the townhome was clean, neat, & comfortable. The best part of this property was the location within Fountain Hills - it truly was within walking distance of the fountain lake. We also found the mexican restaurant El Encanto to be some of the best mexican food we've ever had & the margarita's are just as good! We would stay here again in a hearbeat.

Nice location! Furnished pictures honestly portrayed home and its contents. Functional layout with neat outside area. Within moderate walking distance to many of this beautiful community"s many attractions. Great restaurants and shops in this reasonably quiet, upscale community in a peaceful area near Scottsdale. Owners helpful and cooperative...provided updated info re: sights and activities within the community. Property not accessible due to stairs to second floor. Safe, secure neighborhood. Enjoyed our one month stay!

Fountain Hills is a quiet, friendly community with a lot of activities: golf, horse back, hiking, tennis, etc. But is is very near Scottsdale and Tempe for those who like bigger city offerings

What makes this property unique

Most unique benefit is the Fountain Park...'its one of a kind' and so are the art fairs and festivals/ weekend events such as St Patrick's Day, Movie/Music night in the park
