The villa was nice and had everything you need in regards to kitchen and living area. Can be confusing on how to locate the villa behind the house. Once you locate the villa behind a couple of doors it is great.

Very nice

This property was very clean and very nice, it was exactly as pictured and we were quite impressed. The check in was a little confusing in the sense that we didn’t get a code to enter the property until we asked for one. We stayed in the back house but upon our arrival we didn’t know it was a back house so we were confused about how to get in. Parking for the back house is through the alley but you have to walk through the front drive to open the gate to the alley. This again is a little off putting as you have to go by the renters in the front house and they don’t know about you and why you are entering the property where they are staying. My suggestion is to put a code on the alley gate and let the back house renters know they enter through the alley. But it is important to know that if you have a big pickup truck it is a very tight fit, it took us about 10-15 minutes to maneuver our truck into the driveway. But it is a very nice driveway, and your vehicle is well protected by the locked gate. The bedroom could use a couple nightstands for phones and a little lamp, but overall the mattress was comfortable and that is a big plus. If this is available the next time I go to Phoenix I would most definitely rent it again, as overall it is a five stars to me. FYI the front house looked awesome too!
