The stay was great. If you are looking to travel to tempe and want the comfort and access to things you would have at home like laundry and a kitchen this is a great choice. The place was clean and check in and out process was easy. The only issue is the parking, but honestly is seems like parking in Tempe in general is very confusing. Most of the street parking near the studio was 2 hour parking, there was a parking structure right across the street from the studio that says no overnight parking but you are able to pay for up to 1 full day of parking on the ParkMobile app commonly used around Tempe. We needed the convenience of leaving in a timely manner every morning so we chose to park in that garage even though it is a litte pricey (~$18 a night). Be prepared for all of the parking in tempe to be hidden or limited.

The host was extremely attentive during my visit and made the process easy. The bed was really firm which was great for me but may not be for everyone. Shops are a 7 min walk away. There are scooters you can rent around the area to commute. The neighborhood was relaxed and quiet day and night and everyone is friendly. Used uber to commute and spent around $15 and less for each ride. Did not use the pool. Room was as expected, if you stay here long request more towels. Would stay here again!

Overall experience was pretty good. AC was not working, so first night was spent in 81 degree temp. I let the property manager know and they sent someone to fix it, but the couldn't. I was thankfully offered another room with working AC. The new unit was cleaned (I hope) garbage in kitchen was filled to the top, so that was a little annoying. I would check it out again for future visits.

Add $20/night for parking. This ROOM was exactly as described and even had a giant "closet" (a converted hallway and stairwell) for storing things. But I thought Tempe was suburban and parking was never an issue. There is NO free overnight parking.
