This is a Fully furnished home with deluxe bedding, high count linens and LUXURY towels. The kitchen is Totally stocked with casual everyday dishes and elegant China, Unbreakable melamine and Exquisite Crystal stemware! A great way to Explore Historic Wilmington, our Lovely Port City🌸🌸🌸and then relax in our Delightful & cozy living areas, with comfy eclectic furnishings and much much more! We really liked the layout of the house, 3 separate suites. The description does not say that anyone else lives on the property. The courtyard was really nice. The kitchen needs some attention. Not very well organized, a little musty. It was midway between Carolina Beach and Wilmington Beach, lots of things to see and do. All in all it was a good stay, just needs a little TLC. The host was very accommodating.
