About this property
Beaver's Den: Private & Cozy Experience
Welcome to Beavers Den! Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable location. This cozy little cabin-like home is located in the quaint town of Beaver. An Ideal base camp for many adventures in the area and is just 10 minutes from Forks. Whether you are headed to Cape Flattery for the day or to the Hoh Rainforest, you are right in the middle of it all. Enjoy the spacious backyard, tell stories at the firepit, or cozy up on the couch for a movie night. You are sure to feel right at home.
This home holds 6 guests comfortably. Included is a kitchen, dining table, and living room. There are three beds, one queen in the downstairs bedroom and one queen bed in the upstairs loft along with one full-size couch pull-out bed. Note that you must climb stairs for the loft, please see the listing photos for details. The kitchen is supplied with many spices, oil, coffee, and creamer. Also provided are pots and pans for cooking meals, a stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, silverware, and dishes.
They will have access to the whole home, the outdoor fire pit, and yard.
We will be available by phone or app, please don't hesitate to ask any questions. This home provides self-check-in. All property & guest guidebook info is available on the app as well.
This home is located 10 minutes from the heart of downtown Forks, 35 minutes to the Hoh River, 30 minutes to La Push, 38 minutes to the Sol Duc Hot Springs, 25 minutes to Lake Crescent, and 50 minutes to Port Angeles.
**Since the home is smaller, we have a smaller onboard water heater. The hot water can run out quicker than expected, so please plan to space your showers accordingly, especially with a larger group. If you take a 10-minute shower, it will almost empty the whole hot water tank.

*The ceiling in the loft is very low. You must crawl around to get in bed. Additionally, the stairs going up to the loft are steep and the entrance into the loft is low. If you are taller, please consider this before booking this home. See photos for more details. The ceiling in the loft is no more than 40 inches in the middle.
*The bathroom shower also has a short ceiling above.
- We love doggos but keep in mind we have a two-pet limit and charge a $65 pet fee. If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. Our cleaners know when pets come :)
- Please, no pets on the furniture
- Please make sure to pick up after your pet.
- Please don't bring food or drinks into the loft. We hope to minimize the staining of the carpet and the linens.
- Please, no shoes on the carpet or within the home. There is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape.
- Our home is on a septic system, so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products.
If you plan to use any extra amenities, such as the BBQ, Fire Pit, Porch, Yard, etc., please clean up after yourself. We don't want littering outside.
- Please be courteous with your noise level. We do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful.
- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services. We keep our cleaning rates reasonable so please be considerate.
- Please be cautious of the effect of fire bans. We are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't.
- NO SMOKING, we have exterior covered areas for that. Please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out.
- During the fall and winter months, there is a possibility of power outages. The homes are equipped with multiple flashlights, warm blankets, and spare drinking water that can also be used to flush the toilet. However, we can not offer outage-related refunds outside of our cancellation policy and recommend getting trip insurance in case you do need to cancel last minute.

About the host
Hosted by Christian Davis

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, exploring and spending most of my time outside. I met countless people visiting from around the world. Each visitor had their own story, but all hoped to experience the Pacific Northwest and Olympic National Park for themselves. This sparked my passion for hosting unique stays and unique experiences for all we have the pleasure of hosting.
