Welcome to The Palma! Escape to this beautiful new build on the IOP complete with a private spa/ pool. Located just 2 blocks to the beach!

This home is perfect for larger or extended families & includes a main house with an open kitchen, living, and dining room. Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom & two additional bedrooms with full bathroom.

In addition to the main house, there is an attached mother-in-law suite with its own separate living area (with queen sofa sleeper), kitchenette, full bathroom, & bedroom.

This newly built bright and open home on Isle of Palms is just blocks from the Charleston area's beautiful Isle of Palm beach. Enjoy the comfort of new construction amenities and a private heated Swimspa pool, large back yard and patio– a perfect place for a gathering with friends or family.

This elevated single-level home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Off the main entrance, you will find welcoming porches, a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area with large dining table that can fit up to 10. The living room also contains a large 60" 4K HDTV, gas fireplace, kitchen bar seating and back porch access overlooking the private backyard and swimspa.

The upgraded kitchen includes high-end stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop range, and quartz countertops. The fully stocked kitchen is open to both the living and dining area making this the perfect room for everyone to congregate in.

The main portion of the house also contains a large primary suite with a king bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom complete with large soaking tub and glass walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms contain two twins and a queen bedroom with a private desk/workspace. These two bedrooms share access to the full bathroom located in the hallway.

In addition to the main house, there is a secondary living space as part of a mother-in-law suite which can open up into the main house but also has its own private entrance and porch. This mother-in-law suite contains a separate secondary living room space with a queen sofa sleeper, secondary kitchen, full bathroom, private queen bedroom, and even an additional laundry area.

Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks on the private back patio or one of the three porches overlooking the beautiful live oaks.

The large backyard surrounded by live oaks and palms contains everything you need to enjoy the beautiful weather year-round in the Charleston area. A large Swimspa with built around deck extends the ability to enjoy the best of both worlds with pool and hot tub/spa capabilities as well as a great way to get in a morning exercise. The back patio space also contains loungers, a gas gill, and a large firepit for your friends and family to sit around in the evenings. Multiple dining tables and chairs allow for al fresco dining and drinks in your private backyard oasis. Pool toys, games, Ping-Pong table, Kan-Jam, yard Jenga and Corn Hole will keep the fun going day and night!

The property It's beautiful. The living space was large enough for our extended family to hang out... The neighborhood is super nice and just a short distance to a beautiful beach! The only thing we didn't realize is that guest house has to walk through one of the bedrooms in order to get to the main house.. We were there with all family so it worked for us! Overall we loved the house!! Thanks!
