WELCOME TO UNIT 216! In this completely UPDATED Gulf-front studio, guests can enjoy the most beautiful views. When the day winds down and you want to relax in the room, there's an abundance of cooking tools in this kitchen to make a nice, homecooked meal. When you're not relaxing in your room or at the beach, you have access to the shared outdoor (and partially covered) pool! Plus, you can shower off the sand at the shared outdoor showers before coming back in. On the beachside of the Resort, close to Pier Park, Gulf World, St. Andrews State Park, Walmart (2 close by), restaurants, etc., Fontainebleau Terrace #216 will provide you with all you that you need!

Holiday Vac

This was our second time staying at this location. It’s easy to access room and perfect size for staying a few days, however parking needs to improve. Hopefully after renovation is complete parking can be added. Thanks for the stay!

Usually don’t leave reviews.

Location was perfect. Property was under construction during our stay. We were not told before hand. Walking under scaffolding and listening to plastic blow the entire stay even from the beach. Did not have access to patios. Our lock on the door was broken. It did not work unless you were inside the room. Wifi was out 3 of the 5 days we were there. Paid for hotspot because it rained for two of those days. Contacted about construction and wifi and partial refunds. Was told they would get back to me and never received a response. We would have stayed else where if we were told about the construction zone we stayed in. The beach was beautiful.

Rained hard and windy but still fun

Great overall would do again. What’s the price on room 217. Also it rained so hard and wind was so bad blew the door open and water got in. But we cleaned it up
