Fountain of the Sun has guarded-gated 24/7 security entrance, so you'll feel nice and safe staying at our community.
Rental of this house will come with the use of a golf cart.

The condo is set up for rest and relaxation or a home away from home that is on the golf course and close to shopping, restaurants, pubs, mountains, lakes, pools, forest and desert areas.

Wireless internet, Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms, air conditioning, parking, and in-unit laundry. Use of the fitness center, swimming pools, sauna, hot tubs, pickleball courts, shuffle board, billiard room, card room, crafts room, club room etc. For a very small amount you can join craft workshops, gym classes, computer room, golf practice facilities. Many planned activities, pickle ball, yoga, arts & crafts, card room, shuffleboard, etc. Birdie's restaurant opened daily. SORRY, this is a NO PET AREA! Some of the amenities require $12 activity pass purchased at FOS office during regular business hour.

Great Stay!

The condo was as described and was stocked with all the household necessities. Great communication fom the owners from day one. Nice gate guarded community with a nice golf course, pools and activities.

We are from Iowa and we picked this Condo because it is on the golf course. We plan to retire here one day and just love to visit here.

Why they chose this property

We love the Arizona Sun and love to spend as much time as we can swimming, golfing, walking, bike riding, and meeting new friends! The Pool is a few blocks away and the golf course is just an easy golf cart ride away! We want to live in a community that has all of the recreation that we need without having to leave the area. This is a super friendly community that feels safe and is right in the middle of everything that you need.
