Whether you're staying for the weekend or long-term rent, the apartment gives you a functional space that will allow you to work, study, or just switch off. The wifi speeds up to 500mbps and will keep you connected at anytime. A fantastic place to relax surrounded by gardens--it is perfect for couples and small families of up to four.

The space
The bedroom has queen sized bed that can fit 2 adults. The living room has a day double bed that can sleep up to 2 adults, and 2 lounge chairs for your reading or smart TV binging on Netflix, HBO GO and Amazon Prime.

Resort living includes a lap and kiddie pool, basketball court, multi-purpose function hall for events, kid's playground, massive garden, running track, gazebos, and free space for our four-legged friends! Private community comes with its own town hall, grocery store and longer running track if you're feeling competitive.

The space comes with no parking unfortunately, but renting one is available within the community. Please let me know if you need to park your car so I can arrange this via third-party. It is equipped with household items that are useful to you:

Guest access
You have access to the entire condominium unit. Pay parking available within the community.

Other things to note
I need to register your personal details to access the property, so your passport (for foreign guests) or government issued ID (for local guests) will be required before check in.

The balcony faces an opposite community, and may have occasional noise that's out of our control. You will be provided with ear plugs during your stay should you need them especially if you're a light sleeper. Apologies in advance regarding this.
