Catamount Lodge 408 Fabulous 2 Bedroom

This fabulous, slopeside, top-floor residence features a great room with a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a sleeper sofa; a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; plus two dining areas, one seats six and the other seats four. Additional features include two guest suites (primary has a king size bed, sleeper sofa and desk/work space; secondary has two queen beds), hardwood flooring, and a washer/dryer closet.
Guests will enjoy Village, Overlook and mountain views from the terrace, as well as the convenience of staying in The Village at Northstar, steps from Northstar California Ski Resort, dining, shopping, skating, movies and more. Catamount and Big Horn Lodges are closest to the gondola. Village at Northstar guests staying in a junior suite through four-bedroom residence receive complimentary parking for one vehicle.
Additional parking is on a first-come, first-served basis when vehicles are on the property and are not guaranteed.
Reservations include a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee which covers accidental damage up to $3,000 dollars. Report all accidents and damage prior to check out so necessary repairs may be scheduled. This Damage Waiver does not cover deliberate, intentional, or negligent damage.

Wonderful Northstar getaway

The room is located centrally in the village on the top floor of the catamount lodge. Absolutely beautiful property. Easy check in process. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

Convenient location, clean, as advertised. Steps from the gondola. We cooked quite a bit and had no problems.

Our own private resort

Property was great. Barely anyone there so felt like our own resort. Only downside is the grill is far away.

Beautiful Condo Steps to Gondola

Wonderful stay in the heart of the Northstar Village. The condo was spacious and perfectly clean, modern, and well appointed. We were amazed at how close it was to the gondola, just steps and close to all the village. The village could use better management as restaurants were often closed when they showed they should be open, but there was still great quality and options. The condo management was exceptional and had great check-in and communication. Loved the ease of the parking. Very quiet for us. Definitely would love to stay again.

Perfect stay for our family summer trip

Recently stayed at Catamount for our family summer Tahoe trip. It was a great place for our family and toddler. The place was very clean and had a great kitchen stocked with the best cookware to prep our meals. Having quick access to all the shops and restaurants at The Village is a great perk. The host communication was so great, we were traveling from Southern California and our flights kept getting changed due to the hurricane and we ended up landing earlier than expected. The Host was very accommodating and communicative when it came to letting us know when our place was ready so we could check-in. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and made great suggestions on events going on that week for us to attend (live music, farmers markets, places to eat). We will definitely come back - maybe for the winter next time!
