Spectacular three bedroom, close to both and ocean beaches, as well as Follins Pond and the Bass River for kayaking (two minutes away). This updated home sleeps 6 and is sure to be a family favorite you will want to return to year after year. The main living area opens up to a light and bright renovated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous countertops, and an oversized kitchen peninsula. There is also a secondary living area next to the kitchen (den), featuring comfortable seating with tv, which pulls out to a queen-sized sleeper sofa. All bedrooms and den have air conditioning that will cool the whole house. The private, fenced back yard is the perfect setting to spend your summer evenings after a long day at the beach. You are a quick drive to both North and South side beaches (both just over 4 miles away).
