This updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath Cape is 100 yards from a private beach on Nantucket Sound, and next to 2 town beaches (Haigis and Glendon Road Beaches) with lifeguards. The first level features a living room with a gas fireplace, dining room, full bathroom (shower/tub) and a fully equipped kitchen, and a lofty sunroom with entertainment center overlooking the spacious back deck. The first level also has a queen-sized bedroom. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with two queen beds and a crib and rocking chair, the other with a king bed and a toddler bed. Upstairs also has a half bathroom. Outside there is a gas grill for BBQs, and an enclosed outdoor shower. Amenities include access to wireless internet and a dishwasher, central air/ heat and washer/dryer. We also store a ton of beach gear in the outdoor shed for your access and enjoyment!

Please note that duvet covers, blankets, bath towels and hand towels are provided, but guests need to bring their own sheets.

Other notes: Household occupancy is 10 people max, but please note there are only sleeping arrangements for 8 adults and 2 children provided (1 King bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 crib and 1 toddler bed).

Great girls weekend getaway!

A great weekend getaway for a girls trip! Had some issues with the A/C, but the host was very helpful. Really enjoyed our time at this home and it is certainly lovely. Would recommend!

Memorial Day weekend

Clean property, equipped with everything we needed. Big backyard and deck. Outdoor shower. Walking distance to the beach. Short ride to local restaurants. We lucked out with great weather! Would definitely stay again, ideal location.

Cozy Cape

Lovely house, quiet neighborhood. Walk to beach was short and easy. Great beach, very clean, calm water, not crowded. House furnishings were very nice, including outside deck. Lots of extras. Owner was responsive and helpful. Everything was perfect and much appreciated.

Coral Cape

This property is excellent for families. The yard is perfectly maintained and great for a night by the fire, dinner outside and great for the young kids to get their energy out. The short walk to the beach is what makes this house so convenient. There are many great restaurants close by as well as activities to keep you busy. The owner provided a great list of restaurants and activities which was very helpful. The house itself is on the older side, but painted and decorated very cute throughout. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.

We love the Coral Cape!

What a great home! We traveled in from the Midwest and couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home for a couple weeks. Meredith was communicative from the start (sent a ton of reccs!), the house is a couple blocks from the most beautiful beaches, child friendly (crib! toddler bed!), the back yard was a perfect place to spend time and relax. We loved having coffee and watching movies in the “sun room”. Loved our stay and hope to visit again soon. Thank you!

Fantastic spot for families (or really anyone!)

We loved our stay in this cottage! The downstairs is even bigger than we expected based on the listing, and it is perfect for managing kids and spilling out to the beautiful outdoor deck and yard. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the upper bedrooms are again perfect for kids. The fact that there is a glider in addition to the crib is a godsend. The location is perfect; quick access to multiple beaches by walking, and a short drive to everywhere else you need to be. Check in/out was seamless, and the firepit and outdoor shower are perfect additions to complete the entire experience. The back shed has so many beach accessories to make your trip easier. We would definitely return!

CapeCod is a place where you want to relax, be comfortable and create new, wonderful memories and that is exactly what happened with my family thanks to a beautiful, comfortable home. Walking distance to two great public beaches. This home was recently updated and it had all the comforts of home. The hostess was very attentive to our needs and our safety after a tornado had hit near by. Plenty of room for everyone-and the outdoor shower was amazing! (my first lol). Highly, highly recommend this home.

Fabulous, kid friendly home

We had a wonderful time at this property for a long weekend in February as a getaway with the kids. This home is adorable and perfect for a family of five; two adults, two kids under 5 yrs old, plus a grandma! The home had everything we’d need for kids, big bedroom with options for beds (big beds, crib or transition crib), kid friendly plates/cups etc, games, and a library’s worth of fabulous kid books! They even had a high chair, kids shampoo, stools etc. Since it was winter and 20 degrees out we didn’t spend much time in the backyard but the deck and play space looked inviting, safe and well-manicured and we noticed the shed was packed with beach stuff for kids. We did venture to the beach to explore and it was an easy walk on a safe, flat street and the beach was very nice! The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need, even a crock pot which we used to make soup to keep us cozy and warm. The heat system worked great and they had snuggly blankets all around. The house was very clean, and adorably decorated, and the owners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with, and their instructions for check in/ out were very clear and straightforward. Overall, A+ rental experience and great getaway. We can’t wait to come back again in the summertime!

Great place for an offseason weekend (or an in-season week)

The house was just about perfect for our group of 6 adult family members down for the weekend to attend a family wedding in Harwichport. Communication with our host was easy and very responsive. She called me back shortly after I left a voicemail, to discuss some questions we had upon arrival . The first floor living space was roomy, and having the newer room which was added on next to the kitchen was great. The deck is a great place to hang out with a huge table and plenty of chairs to seat about 10. Nice yard, although we didn't spend a ton of time outside with the cool April on the Cape temps. The beach is only about 150 yds from the front door, so when the weather is warm, that would be terrific. The house was well-equipped, with plenty of glasses, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils/pots/pans, etc. Appliances were fairly new and in good working order. Two things I would suggest to our hosts to make the experience a little better. Even though we were there from April 22-24, it would have been nice to have the outdoor shower working, since there is only one other shower inside the house, and we had six people. It also would have been good to know this (outdoor shower not working) in advance of our arrival also, since it was in the listing. The other thing I would point out is that the place could use a fresh coat of paint on a lot of the interior trim. There were quite a few moldings which had chipped or peeled paint. Not a big deal, but it would make the place look a lot fresher. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely rent again.

Didn’t want to leave!

We were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful house for a week, and none of us wanted to leave! The house was picture perfect from the manicured lawn to all the details inside. The home was well maintained, had all the essentials we needed and was so very clean. Walking distance to the beach made the location perfect for us. Plenty of space for our family, we day-dreamed about living there year round! Can’t recommend enough and can’t wait to come back!

Kid friendly

We had a great time at Denis port and enjoyed the beautiful spring weather and quiet beaches before the crowds hit for Memorial Day weekend. The house was very kid friendly with a crib that my son used and lots of books and outdoor toys. The location was great, central to a lot of activities and walking distance to the beach.

Thanksgiving Cape Escape

Our family had an amazing trip! The house was just as we anticipated and served as an excellent place to celebrate Thanksgiving together. We put the turkey in the oven and a few of us walked the kids down to the beach to pick shells. The weather was so nice that the kids played in the backyard while we finished dinner. We played, laughed, ate and relaxed all day! The beaches have amazing views in both morning and evening. The home's location is perfect and central to so many things to go, see and do on the Cape. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a relaxing week by the beach

I hosted a Girls' Weekend at The Coral Cape. Great space, quick walk to the beach, lovely back yard, conveniently located, good communication with the owner. Next time I would BYOTowels, too, so don't have to worry about doing the wash on check-out day. Otherwise, PERFECT! :)

Beautiful Home Close to the Beach

This was a a quick trip for us as we attended a wedding. The house was adorable and exactly as pictured and described. The backyard was great for our small children and the toys in the shed were a great surprise. Would definitely stay here again :)
