Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in the Phoenix II complex, with numerous amenities and ample parking space. This beachfront 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium can sleep up to eight people. It is located in a premium location in Orange Beach, close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The unit overlooks and provides direct access to the beach.
Phoenix I, II, III and IV towers share all amenities. These include: multiple outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, sauna, multiple hot tubs, boardwalk, outdoor shower, gazebo, grilling area, indoor racquetball court, tennis courts, fitness room and a
game room. The unit and complex also offers free WIFI. The Condominium Association has strict “no smoking” in the building and the unit as well as “no pets” policies.
