Great location on the water in Wolf Bay. Full access to the onsite amenities which include: Pool, tennis, basketball goal, boat launch and dedicated boat slip!

Unit also features a fully equipped kitchen and a 2nd floor private balcony with a view of Wolf Bay as well as a carport parking (room for 2 cars). Master bedroom includes private bath with tub/shower combo and king size bed and tv. Guest bedroom includes two twin beds and an additional twin trundle with TV. Second bath with shower is conveniently located off of the living area.

Sleeps 7 (1 King bed, 2 twin beds with trundle, pull out sleeper sofa). Sleeper sofa should be utilized by smaller people/children, as may not provide the comfort of a larger person or adult- use your judgement!!)

Not my cup of tea!

When we walked in, we thought it looked real nice. Then as we got settled in, I noticed that the washer & dryer was down by where we parked the car. (The dryer is an antique.) The master bathroom needs some TLC. The floors were dirty, the dishwasher had shrimp tails in it, the oven door had some disgusting looking stuff on it. The couch was awful. They need to invest in some mattress covers (master bedroom) and new pillows (guest bedroom). The only thing that we liked about the place was the location.

Nice place to stay

All of the people that live their are very friendly. I enjoy how low key and not crowded it is staying in these units. Close to everything we enjoy doing. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Fishing trip

The unit was good for our fishing group. The unit was rather small but a good value. The sofa was not comfortable, sorry to say. But overall, a reasonable and convenient location to stay for a short visit.
