About this property

The Midtown Flat is exactly what it sounds like- a smartly decorated walk-up right in the middle of Nacogdoches. This sweet space is across the street from Nac Memorial Hospital, 1 1/2 blocks to SFASU's campus & intramural fields, & less than 1/2 mile to Pecan Park. Turn in for the night on the memory foam queen mattress, which we outfitted with organic linens. Enjoy breakfast or drinks on the balcony & remember to snap a pic in front of the neon sign & gallery wall for the Gram!

Great Flat Close to Campus!

Our stay was great! I really enjoy the location being between campus and downtown. It was easy to navigate around and many things were in walking distance. I was amazed at how spacious the flat was. Everything was clean and I will definitely be back again.

Hi, I'm Jennifer. I'm so glad you chose to stay with us! It is a privilege to offer a you a nice place to stay on your vacation/business trip/life journey.

While my family and I are from Nacogdoches, the mountains are always calling and we MUST go! Whistler, BC, Canada tops our list for beauty, hiking, and overall clean air, but we also deeply love hiking in Yellowstone National Park, Targhee National Forest, and just about anywhere in the Rocky Mountains. We also love to ski in Colorado in the winter.

When I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2013 traveling became a challenge for me and almost wasn't worth the stress as finding places to eat out that serve safe gluten free food is sometimes like looking for a clean needle in a doughy, poison haystack! This is where short term rentals became our go-to for travel accommodations. Being able to cook our own food and stay healthy while traveling was a game changer, and in 2019 I decided that I wanted to be a part of that movement.

Since then my husband and I have been able to open 6 short term rentals in Nacogdoches and Weatherford, Texas, and we have plans to open two more by the end of 2022! God has been so kind to allow us to help others in such a special, unique way.
