Beautiful home

My family and I (5 adults and 4 kids) had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and inviting. The jacuzzi and sauna were wonderful and relaxing. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Relaxing weekend with family/friends

Great spot to host family & friends for a birthday weekend in Las Vegas- did some yoga by the pool, spent lots of time in the pool, hot tub and patio and close by for hiking in Red Rocks. Sushi chef came over to prepare dinner for everyone. Owners were wonderful communicators- very easy arrival annd we had everything we needed for the weekend. Overall, a wonderful & relaxing experience!

We enjoyed the place but had some issues

The place was great for a large group and has very comfortable beds. It was clean enough. Check in was at 4 we arrived at 5:30 and it took 2 hours to check in from that time because the host gave us the wrong code to the house and gates and vrbo didn’t give us the right one until 2 hours later and the host didn’t reply until late into the night. The pictures are a little deceiving they look much nicer than they actually place the backyard lawn is not well kept and pokey to walk on. The spa did not heat up even after following instructions we waited 3 hours it had only gone up 2 degrees. There is only one tv to watch downstairs and it is a projector and they was no instructions on how to get the screen down. The bedroom that is supposed to have bunk beds and another bed had none of that and only had a single fold out couch. Overall the stay was fine but not ideal.

could be better

overall I liked the place but was really disappointed with a lot of thing, where do i start. The plumbing is shot. The bathrooms upstairs leaks down downstairs, and the leak if coming thru a light fixture which is a serious fire risk. The AC cut off half the time which made it uncomfortably warm in the house. The dishwasher was broke...the backyard was a mess.with seats filthy, tables dirty from the last guests. its like they made no attempt to make it presentable. The pool and hot tub did not work. In the middle of my stay a guy came by with a motor for the pool but after it still did not work. I wanted to use the place again cause it was super private, but those issues would have to be fixed. I wrote a few emails to theem to mention it and ask if they could fix so I could rent again but all i got were pre made responses which did not address any of my issues dont rent this place
