We really enjoyed our stay here. Cute house, terrific backyard, very comfortable for our family — and an excellent walking location to an adorable town with a soda fountain and lots of antique shops. Highly recommend!
Great house! We were in town for races in Gainesville and wanted to also check out the springs in the area. This house was the perfect answer and it overdelivered. It was super clean and well appointed. Very close to the downtown area and also the nearby springs. After our time at Brad's house, my family said it was their favorite place to stay in the greater Gainesville area. We plan on staying here for future race weekends and trips to the springs when the weather warms up even more.
This was a great place to stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Brad had great communication with us. We will definitely book this property again.
This was a wonderful place for our family to stay. The house was very thoughtfully set up, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. Brad had excellent communication throughout our stay, and he provided a clean and comfortable place for our family of 6 to relax in!
This is such a cute home, so many smart renovations on the inside. Such a cozy vibe, I would stay here again and even recommended to my friends and family. Absolutely lovely and relaxing backyard. Only about a 15 minute ride to Ginnie Springs. Thank you Brad!
Very clean and felt like we were at home! We had everything we needed while staying here and the owner made check in very easy. We will keep this one on our favorite list! Highly recommend.
Wonderful house and wonderful neighborhood. We spent a lot of time on the back patio which was private with comfy furniture and had an incredible awning wih a fan, so cool and not buggy.
This house is so conveniently located near the springs and downtown. It is very nicely decorated and super comfortable. Brad could not have been more helpful and quick to respond. We had 2 great days at 2 different spring locations and then enjoyed the quaint backyard area for the evenings. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.
The home was absolutely beautiful. It was easy to find and was so incredibly well decorated. It also smelled very nice as soon as you walked in. The backyard was lovely as well. A nice sitting area and hang out spot. The kitchen had everything we needed and the check out process was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and we slept fine. It’s also only 12 mins at tops from Ginnie Springs. So if you are a diver, this would be super ideal. It was close to the downtown area that you could walk too and grab a bite to eat. It was an overall wonderful experience. My ONLY warning/complaint would be to watch your head if you are tall when you leave out the back door. My husband hit his head once and he’s 6’3” so just be careful with that. But otherwise, it was a perfect stay and if we come back, I’d stay here again.
