This is a townhome with a shared exterior wall only. There are no shared interior spaces, and guest privacy is fully maintained.
The private pool and spa are professionally serviced between stays. The private Pool and Spa are heated all year round, same with the community pool and spa. Community pool hours and rules are set by the HOA.
Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 small vehicle in the garage. There are many additional first come first serve parking spots throughout the neighborhood.
The home is in a quiet residential community. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm–7am.
The home includes stairs to access the rooftop deck and upper levels.
Two small supply closets are locked for housekeeping and owner use.
