This property has been properly cleaned and sanitized for your arrival to CDC standards. Cleaners work closely with Property Manager, using a fogging ionization machine.
It is safe for arrival and ready for the guest's vacation. We also do NOT ALLOW back to back Bookings anymore, making sure that Cleaners, and Inspector' s have enough time to clean appropriate!

Our luxurious condo is newly remodeled 2012, furnished and decorated to meet your expectations. Owners take pride to visit the Island twice yearly to make sure everything is perfect!
Enjoy great swimming and snorkeling at Kamaole III Beach and other beautiful beaches nearby. This ground level unit with the tiled front lanai opening onto the nicely manicured lawn and pleasant view to the ocean is conveniently located close to both pools .

We think of our condo as our home away from home and have provided everything we appreciate at home for your vacation use including some of our favorite CD's, helpful guidebooks, TV/DVD/VCR/CD,Free wireless high speed internet provided, new king sized bed, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The tiled front lanai, off the living room, is furnished with lounge and table and chairs for dining with a beautiful partial ocean view while surrounded by the beauty of Maui Kamaole's tropical landscaping. Relax with a drink and your loved one while watching the sun set.

There is also a private lanai off the master suite offering a secluded outdoor area with seating. The large living area offers a new sleeper sofa, very comfortable, ideal for an extra person to sleep. Ours is a non-smoking unit for your health and pleasure. We hope you will be our guest. Relax and pamper yourselves in our beautiful condo.
In addition we work real close with our excellent property Manager, also travel twice yearly there, to make sure everything is in top condition!!

Amazing location walking distance to everything you could want and need

Thankyou so much Christine for having us to stay at J106 condo. As a family of four the size of the condo was perfect with absolutely everything we needed provided. The beach toys and boogie boards were a hit and the condo was well stocked with essentials. We walked to the beach every morning and swam with turtles and went snorkeling. Spent some afternoons in the pools and watched the sunset nightly just down the street. Hawaiian Moon foods in town kept our tummies happy. It honestly could not have been better. Hope to return next year xx

Fantastic unit to stay in!!

We had an amazing stay here. The place had everything we needed, and was really clean and well maintained. The patio area is fantastic for sitting outside! Stayed here with my wife and our 3 yr old daughter, who loved the pools in the complex also!

Great Place to Stay- Highly Recommended

Well, what can we say. The condo was just what the doctor ordered. From the moment we booked, Christine was there to answer any questions and concerns. The check in was fast and simple and the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived was top notch. The unit had everything we needed from household items to beach accessories. We packed things that we did not need to as the unit had them. We have been to Maui many many times and I would highly recommend this unit. Thanks for making our stay feel like home.

Winter Holiday 2023

Great stay. Place was fantastic and location is great. Only a couple things we would change if we could. Air conditioner being on a timing is a pain. Not a lot of natural light, but great walkout patio. If our kids were younger and carrying lots to the beach, it is a bit of a hike with the hill. Overall small things when staying in paradise.

It was always our dream to own a place on Maui, we have many fond memories coming here for years with our family. Found this property when our daughter got married and the wedding party stayed at Maui Kamaole, that was our decision to buy property here! After searching for over two weeks, we found this the most unique, private and best condo!!
The complex is unique, like a private condo, not a big block with lots of neighbors all around you, tranquil setting!
We love it!

We love the beautiful, clean setting of this condo on Maui. It is walking distance to some of the island's best beaches,shops and restaurants. There are a variety of different activities for the entire family to do. Snorkel, golf, walking miles on beaches, straight from the unit. Whether you're coming with your family or if you're on a couple's getaway, we're confident you will find our condo a peaceful retreat in paradise.

What makes this property unique

Swimming or snorkeling beach is 7 Min. walking distance on the right side.
Care for a longer walk on most beautiful beaches, take a left at the Harbor, follow the trail along the ocean past Five Palms , you can walk and swim for miles! The beaches are very children friendly for lots of fun many hours.
It is walking distance to some Stores, Restaurants , Pup's and delicious Ice Cream and the best shaved Ice on Maui.
