Lake Sunrise Cottage on Lake Champlain
Private one acre lake Champlain waterfront property. Private beach has shale so we recommend water shoes. Wi-Fi available. 50” smart TV with chrome cast streaming in living room, plus each bedroom has a TV. Each TV has a digital antenna but reception may vary depending on atmospheric conditions. USB charging ports, central heat/air and 4 ceiling fans to insure adequate air movement. Full kitchen set up. No smoking and no pets.
