A two bedroom house with an extra sleeping room for privacy. A fully equipped kitchen and gas grill on the covered deck. The living room has plenty of seating and a nice dining area for your meals. High-speed internet and televisions in the living area and master bedroom. There is also an electric fireplace. This home offers a lake view and is close to boat ramps and conveniently located for access to both Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake's top-notch fishing.
This location is centrally located near several area wineries, golf courses, amphitheaters, cave tours, and local shopping.
Walking distance to a park and swimming area makes it great for kids. There are also two restaurants and bars located near the house and boat slip rentals, jet ski rentals, and kayak rentals.

Hello, I'm Brian. I moved to the lake of the Ozarks about 6 years ago and love it here. I feel like I'm on vacation everyday . I have both grown children and one still at home. We keep busy with our sons sports and I enjoy the time I get to spend on the water. We love the fishing both here on the Lake of the Ozarks and on Truman Lake, that just a short drive from here.

Why they chose this property

This house is in a great location for everything the area has to offer. The house offers a well-equipped kitchen for your meal preparations including a gas grill on the covered deck. Comfortable and cozy to relax from the day's adventures.


What makes this property unique

There is a swimming beach located just down the street with a park and basketball goal, swings and playgrounds. A community boat ramp available for a small fee giving access to the lake of the Ozarks near the 81mm. There are restaurants near the house a marina with dock rental, boat, jet ski, and kayak rentals. There is plenty of parking for your boat and trailer at the house.
