THIS IS THE PLACE !! Enjoy! Come Stay! and Play! Honeymooners Welcome! Treat yourself to a wonderful vacation. Great Fishing !! There is a deck off of the kitchen for easy barbeque and enjoying the view of the lake with family and friends. We enjoy waking up to the sun glistening off of the water. Beautiful View! Four French Doors with Two upper decks overlooking the Lake. Two queen-size beds, Two twins, plus three additional sleeping. Jetted tub in master bath. Watersports, hunting, fishing, caving, or just plain relaxing, this is the place.
FISHING - Warsaw is the home to the Paddlefish Season in the Spring. We have hosted many Paddle fisherman over the years. While this property is located on the Lake of The Ozarks, Osage Arm, with a cove on the property.
If you enjoy WATER SPORTS, the boat launch is very near.
If you enjoy spelunking there are a number of area caves

Nice home, not waterfront

The home was clean and well taken care of inside. The home is not necessarily waterfront. You cannot see the lake from the house due to the amount of trees and the walkway to get to the water is extremely rocky and difficult to walk through.

We would ask that you take this down this statement because it is damaging to the reputation of our property. We cannot control the growth Of the trees at different times of the seasons. Please take down the comment that it’s extremely rocky on the path to the waterfront on the shore. It is not Extremely rocky. We are sorry you had difficulty getting down to the waterfront. We are sorry we had to charge you extra for cleaning the property after your stay. Those charges are incurred from the cleaning crew. We only charge extra when there’s excessive cleaning and excessive garbage. We wish you a wonderful day. And we ask that you would remove your derogatory comments. Sincerely the Olson’s

The beds were comfortable and the neighbors were wonderful but we couldn't get down to the water due to the backyard being over grown, poison ivy, and full of ticks. The property needs to be sprayed due to the amount of bugs inside and outside the house. Inside the house there was dirt on the kitchen floor, bug in the sink and soap stain in the tub. I think with a little more attention this could be a wonderful property it has all the potential and what a nice group of neighbors.

Candice, We are happy to see that you enjoyed our Saddlebrook community of Neighbors. We share access in the community to docks and boat launches. Boat docks are available for rent for guest access. They rent for $40.00 per day. We ask that you reserve these in advance. The dock is located $100 yds for the lake house. We pride ourselves in maintaining a quailty property for our guests. We saddened by your disappointement.We have always been a five star property. We take your concerns very seriously. In response we have taken the follwing actions. 1.The upper graveled landscaped part of the property that surrounds the home has a been clear of grass and has been sprayed for weeds on 1st of May (before your stay). This includeds the front yard and the back dining and patio area. (The Back Yard of the House). The inside of the lake home has been spayed recently on May 1st as well. (Before your Stay). The area that you are refering to in your comments is part of the Lake of the Ozarks Missouri Forest. There is a natural path to the lake that the deer and other animals use. The grass will be taken down or weed eated this Tuesday by our Landscaper all the way down to the lake. There is exellcellent Fishing. Be advised this is the Missouri Lake and Forest and take neccessary precautions to protect yourself and your family from outdoor insects. 2. We have hired a new cleaning contractor. Celebration of Life

Was perfect for out family get away with 2 families. My parents both passed away and recently and my brother and I grew up spending a lot of time in Warsaw/White Branch. We brought our kids down to fish my dads favorite spots and golf his favorite course!

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the lake, our kids enjoyed waking right down to the water to fish, and a short walk over to the boat ramp to swim and fish. Just a short drive to town to explore Downtown Warsaw to shop and have some of the best icecream. Only thing we were shocked with was the gravel road into the property but after the first drive down it, it was fine. We will be back!!

We love our neighborhood lake community. It is very relaxing and friendly. Most of the folks enjoy boating and fishing here.

What makes this property unique

We love fishing and the beautiful sun setting over the lake in the evening. We Enjoy barbequing on the upper deck and entertaining our friends. The cove is a great place to fish, we never come away without a catch. Those special moments at breakfast up high overlooking the property in the morning are very special. The boat launch is approximately 100 feet away. Boat slips are available with a reservation.
