Having the ability to walk to St. Mary's or the Clinic is a blessing in itself. Also having restaurants, a mall and grocery stores close by is convenient. Only a couple of blocks off the main highway 52 make this house easy to find and get to. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor. All 4 bedrooms have queen sized beds. 1 bathroom downstairs with a shower chair. There is a couch downstairs as well if you can't do steps.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. There is a smart TV in the master bedroom and a DVD player.

There is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use. There is also a full sized couch that reclines on both ends and TV with a dvd player. There is high speed internet. Many guests work and attend school while staying with no problems.

No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Pets are not allowed in the house, due to many people having allergies and medical issues.

Check in states 4pm but most likely you will be able to get in earlier. We will message you through VRBO when the house is ready for you.
