The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with a double vanity sink, tub, and shower, two guest bedrooms have Queen beds and a large shared bathroom, and the fourth bedroom has a full bed. There is cabana style guest bathroom and a half bathroom.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to make a delicious home cooked meal.

The living room and indoor dining room are inviting, with large glass doors that filter sunlight throughout the home. These doors open right onto the large sunny patio area and swimming pool overlooking the second hole of the ''The Saints" golf course.

Cancellation/Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs on our home regardless of if a guest shows up or not, which is why we have our cancellation policy as it is shown on the listing. When we travel we always opt for travel insurance. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us have to worry if anything disrupts your trip.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees.

External rental agreement will need to be signed after booking.
