The Space:
This luxury condo is located in Playa Azul Resort, one of the newest resort at Playa Encanto. Perfect for a family or friends getaway with smart lock for an easy access and secured parking on premisses. Since it is a new destination, the building is almost finished and receiving the final touches.

Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, pepper, it also has bath towels, beach towel, bathroom amenities and much more. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable king size beds, nightstand, and has easy access to the private bathroom and balcony just across the bed. The second bedroom has also a king size bed, nightstand, closet and easy access to the guest bathroom. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and shares the guest bathroom.

The dining area has a beautiful wooden dining table with set to seat 6 people with beautiful views to enjoy meals. The kitchen area has wooden cabinets with complimenting neutral colored granite counter tops with built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt and pepper.

Living area is comfortable furnished, has a 50" smart with streaming service and amazing views. The condo has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board, beach towels, and laundry room.

The Resort has a large hot tub, 2 size pools, kids water park with slides, volleyball court and soccer goals. The resort is still under construction but that will not counter the experience and relaxation that this new resort offers. Also, be aware that when doing the check in at front desk, the resort will collect the payment for the resort wristbands, this has a cost of 7 dollars per person por night. This is a Resort policy that it is outside from our hands.

While we are fully responsible for the condominium, we cannot be held responsible for the common areas, extra third-party provider's services for power, water, internet etc.

The perks to vacation here is that is very private, serene, no vendors to worry about, low tides during the day for shell collections, The fish market, most popular restaurants and local attractions are within 25 minutes away.
