Beautiful place with a great location! We had everything we could need and the check-in and checkout process is so easy. The communication from the owner was great. Older property overall, but the views are incredible with a wonderful location for visiting Silver Dollar City. The pool and basketball court are great for active teens to get some energy out. Definitely plan to spend some time on the porch in the morning and evening!

1st time to Branson - Can't wait to visit again!

I'm always looking for a nice outdoor space and/or view when booking a place for our family of 5. George's home more than delivered! This was our first trip to Branson and this was the perfect home-base for us during our stay. The location was great. The condo was very comfortable with everything we could need -extra blankets and pillows, a fully + stocked kitchen, detailed instructions for the tv and coffee maker and even labels on all of the light switches. The roof top deck with a beautiful view of the hills and lake was the cherry on top and the perfect spot for morning coffee, a glass of wine in the evening, and even a front row seat for the nightly fireworks at SDC. I feel like I've been bogged down with cleaning duties when leaving VRBOs in the past but the checkin and checkout here was more than reasonable and so easy. Thank you, George, for making our first trip to Branson such a pleasant one. We look forward to visiting again and hopefully enjoying the view from your place again!

Week of the 4th

Well maintained property. It functioned fine for our family of 4 the week we were there. Nice little water view. We were able to view multiple fireworks displays from the deck. There is a hiking trial in the complex that leads to the water. Did that a few mornings with my coffee. Basketball court for the kids. Swimming pool was crowded. Just a couple of items I noticed that need attention. 1) light under the microwave is not working 2) didn't see any detergent for the dish washer. thanks, Stacey

Went down when there was a huge storm. Never got to use the tv. George was right on it, but then the sound was cracking. Very nice equipment just a lot of remotes and i did not want to mess anything up. I didn't know anything about Nest thermostat. So when internet went down so did thermostat. Got pretty warm but i did restart router and figured out how to have air on. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. Thank you

This property is just 1 mile south of Silver Dollar City theme park and close to marinas and championship golf; this condo is truly the best of both worlds... Branson AND the lake... in one magic location! This property is only 5 miles west of the theater and shopping district, you are close enough to be convenient yet far enough away to experience a true Ozark Mountain lake retreat. We love this resort because it is family-friendly, quiet, and away from the hustle and bustle of Branson but not too far. Best of all, you can walk to the lake or just sit and look on the back deck!
