About this property

A newly built home from JS Build & Design Co. features a modern industrial style that has a classic exterior. Just as you walk in through the front door, you will find a cozy queen size bed facing a 40” smart tv, to your right, along with a marble top dining table. To your left, is your kitchen, which features a pantry, appliances and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals! Make your way back past the sliding barn door into its luxurious bath, which includes a walk in shower and sliding barn door closet for guest to store their belongings. Relax and unwind in our cozy getaway.

Nice place .. especially to visit State Farm stadium

Cozy Guest House

Such a lovely guest house! Very clean and well appointed. The host was very accessible. My husband and I were very comfortable for the long weekend. We walked each morning on the trail in the Grand Canal. Lots of restaurants near by. Looking forward to coming back for a Cardinal game!

Great location & lovely place

It was 12:45am before we arrived at the property, but the host gave us great instructions for check in. The unit is small, but nicely done and very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We were here for a couple days of spring training baseball in Surprise & Mesa, so the location was great! Would definitely stay again!

Convenient Comfortable Cozy Clean

We stayed for a weekend to watch the Glendale supercross races. Walking distance from state-farm stadium is a huge relief, once our event was over, and then seeing the amount of traffic and headache it would have been for us we’re glad we made the choice to stay here. Tons of activities to do and places to eat around this area.The room was great clean, comfortable. Perfect for two people, love the bathroom. Seems as no corners were cut when the hosts made this space. Easy access in and out for our stay. Great communication between the hosts, always messaged back in a quick timely manner when we had questions. The neighborhood seems very nice and quiet went for some morning walks that were quite enjoyable, there’s actually a little trail close by. All in all it was a great overall experience, no complaints or concerns. Will definitely try to stay here again next year for the races!
