The stay was amazing as usual. Love the views from the balcony as it is right on the beach. Communication with the host was easy. We love the room, and the resort in general. It's minutes away from everything if you need to go anywhere, but you technically don't have to leave the resort. Will absolutely be staying again!

We had a great stay at Dunes Village! The view from the condo was beautiful and being right on the beach made it so easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. The on-site water park was a huge bonus and perfect for relaxing and having fun without even leaving the property. Overall, a great location and a fun place to stay—we would definitely come back!

We had an excellent stay. The spacious and well-equipped room offered breathtaking views. The owner was responsive and attentive to our needs. Our two young boys thoroughly enjoyed the water slides and games available. We highly recommend this place to families seeking a memorable stay.

This unit was perfect for our family with small kids. The proximity to the pool made everything very easy. The view from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room had the best unobstructed view. Also having the balcony to be able to sit outside gave us the best of both. Adam was also very responsive when we had questions or needed anything.

Great views and amenities!!! My kids loved the indoor water parks. The restaurants on property were tasty and they have a Starbucks too, which was a plus! The beds slept so good and the room was clean. Definitely recommend!

Great Views & Spacious

The unit had great ocean views, was very spacious and it was in a great location. We didn't want to be in the touristy part of Myrtle Beach, so this was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fun and Sun in 801. Condo was clean and as pictured. View of beach is gorgeous. Resort property was also clean and welcoming. Check in process was flawless. Condo came with a starter pack of toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, etc to get us through until we could go to the store. Thank you for that. Kids loved the pool and water slides in both towers. Coffee and food on site as well. We loved having the full kitchen to use and made most of our meals there. Beds were super comfortable, probably the most comfy beds we've ever had on a vrbo rental. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Loved It!

We’ve stayed at Dunes before and it was a good experience overall, but we wanted a nicer room this time because of how much time we spend at the resort. Fun and Sun 801 did not disappoint! The views were amazing and the room was spacious. We had a few minor hiccups at check-in but everything went smoothly after. We will definitely stay again.

Awesome view !!

This is a great place to stay will definitely be back! Our family had a good time. I only give it a 4 star on cleanliness because the jets around the tub in the master bath had some mold around them and along the tile. Other than that this unit has lots of windows with a great view of the ocean. Thanks for sharing your unit.

Great fun!!

Rooms were lovely and spacious. Balcony views were outstanding. Location was very good. TV cable were working partially, all were fixed except one. Bathroom sinks, water very slow to flow out. Dishwasher had a bad smell, unable to use. Those mishaps did not stop us from having a wonderful stay. My grands are still talking about coming back this year. The owner was very kind and generous in compensating an extended stay for any inconveniences. Kudos to the owner for a great property!

Stayed at this property in 2023 and it wonderful. This stay was a bit of a nightmare. Had to do partial cleaning, go to the store and purchase a shower curtain.Television in 2nd bedroom missing remote could not be watched. Cloth dryer vent broken. Owner was aware No smoke detector on wall in main bedroom off the wall. Water heater, condensation in hall had to be constantly cleaned. Could get a pic. Light out in that part of the hall. This was not a vacation, this place required too much work and it needs work. Looks good on advertisement, but not so much in person. Torn old chair in common area room. Sliding door to the outside in common are extremely hard to open. The balcony had smeared windows from the main be bedroom, but the balcony and looking at the beach was the only highlight for stay this time at 801. Does Vrbo have someone to check the properties they are advertising. You are giving Vrbo a bad reputation.

Thank you for your review, we are always trying to improve. Sometimes things don't go to plan but I believe we do a GREAT job correcting any issues that may come up during a guests stay. After the first day you messaged saying some areas were unclean. I promptly answered you and showed you pictures my cleaners had taken during the turn over to show you that it was in fact clean. I asked you to show me what wasn't done and that I would send them to correct it. I received no response from you. I sent you a pic of all of the remotes next to the televisions. You said the shower liner was dirty, you agreed to pick one up and I reimbursed you. The HVAC had a small leak, we had the HVAC person out to repair it. We have ordered a new chair to replace the old one, thank you. The dryer had a cracked part, that has been replaced. I have many reviews on this site and others that tell a different picture from what you wrote above. I'm sorry we missed the mark for you.
