Island Winds East is a direct Gulf front complex. This unit has a direct Gulf and beach view, some units in this building only have an indirect view.

Island Winds East amenities include:

Other things to note:
1. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival.

2. Guests will receive a link before their arrival date to register their vehicle and to purchase their parking pass. Upon arrival guests will pick up their parking pass at the onsite office. The price of the parking pass is not included with your reservation with me. The office is open 7am-11pm daily. If you arrive after the onsite office has closed for the day you can pick up your parking pass the next day when the office is open. Guests that do not pre register their vehicles and purchase their parking passes through the link provided are charged a higher price by the HOA when they arrive and purchase the parking passes from the onsite staff.

3.Island Winds East only allows guests to purchase one parking pass.

4.There is a souvenir shop across the street, Island Outfitters, that does offer paid parking there as well if you need parking for more than one vehicle. For more information on availability and price you can contact them directly. Unfortunately this platform will not allow me to share the phone number so google Island Outfitters near Island Winds in Gulf Shores Alabama and it will come up.

I have one unit in the Island Winds East building and another in the Island Winds West building right next door so if you have a need for more than one unit feel free to reach out and we will see if we can get the dates to work out to accommodate your needs.

Nice condo

We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as the listing stated. Loved being right on the beach with the heated pool. Would 100% stay again!

Discretion kinda misleading

This place was described that it was for up to seven people. There was only four of us, and we had all we could do to get around the table to eat. There’s no table. There’s no way seven people could ever stay in this place. The deck is so small the four of us is the only ones that could’ve got out there, the one bedroom, the sheets did not even fit the beds. They need to take the two little beds out and put a full size bed in there. It’s described as being a penthouse. This is the forest thing from a penthouse as I have ever seen I probably would never stay there again .

Great view; good place

The location is perfect. The view of the ocean is unmatched. The condo is very nice albeit a bit dated in terms of decor. Beds are comfortable, tvs are great, space is nice. I did let the owner know about a broken lamp and towel rack which was appreciated. The amenities provided could be upgraded in terms of beach gear, soap, toilet paper, etc. and I only say this because I’ve stayed in very similar properties that provide better soap, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Communication with the property was unmatched which I very much appreciate. Will consider staying here again!

Amazing!

Our stay was nothing but amazing! I will 100% keep Terry and her other rental properties in mind when traveling back to Gulf Shores. Very clean, easy to get ahold of, clear directions, and of course the amazing view of the beach. No issues or complaints from me!!

One of our favorite things to do is go for a walk on the beach picking up shells and see all the families there having the time of their lives.
