Recently recycled and warmly decorated studio apartment, located in the heart of Recoleta, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. Easy to get to from anywhere in town (by taxi, bus or subway), it is next to Callao Av., very near Santa Fe Av., Recoleta Cementery and Centro Cultural Recoleta.

The apartment is very luminous thanks to its balcony facing Arenales St. It is fully equipped for 2.

Apartment in Recoleta

Are you looking for a “luxury” apartment? Well maybe this isn’t it. But for my purposes, it met and exceeded all my expectations. Everything that I needed was there. It was clean and everything was working throughout the month. It is incredibly convenient to anything you might need or want to do — gym, laundry, supermarket, all within two blocks. Subway entrances and a variety of restaurants galore within the four-block radius. And the manager is really pleasant and genuinely interested in helping you settle in. The price is right. What more can I say

cozy apartment in central Recoleta

GREAT LOCATION IN RECOLETA We stayed in this cozy little studio apartment for 16 days in February 2016. Unfortunately this coincided with a heat wave in BA with daytime temperatures frequently reaching 33 deg Celsius with high humidity. Thank goodness for the air conditioner!! The apartment is definitely small and not suitable for any more than 2 people. The decor is looking a bit tired but the apartment does have very fast Internet. The kitchen is miniscule and only one person can stand in it at a time. The bar-sized refrigerator barely kept food cool and the door opens the wrong way so that you can only access its contents by bending over the open door. We had to constantly keep a bag of ice in the bottom to keep it cold enough. There is a great wall-mounted swivel television that you can adjust for viewing almost anywhere in the apartment (except the bathroom and the kitchen). It is located in the middle of Recoleta so many great tourist spots (i.e. Cemetery and the weekend market) are within easy walking distance. The owner is a delightful lady who was always readily available to respond to any of our questions or concerns. The price is right so we recommend it!!

Excelente ubicacion!

El monoambiente es tal cual como se ve en las fotos: muy pequeno, prolijo y luminoso. Uno de los plus de este apto es Cecilia. Nos recibio personalmente y estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante toda la estadia. Los demas aspectos positivos son la ubicacion y el precio. Si bien esta ubicado en una calle centrica, nunca nos molesto el ruido del transito. Ademas hay persianas de madera que bloquean el sol dejando la habitacion oscura. El colchon es muy comodo. Definitivamente, es una muy buena opcion para estadias cortas!

Everything is new!! I imagined the furniture, and I built it; I imagined the colors of the pictures, and I painted it; I imagined the decoration and all the house amenities, and I bought everything to make it real!! So I really do like my property!
I´ve enjoyed making my new apartment...I hope tourists have a great time there!
