Note: As I do with all my rentals, I have personally stayed at this property 6 or 7 times, before listing it, and have walked back and forth to the stockyards everytime....during the daytime, early evening, and late night coming
back. I have walked by myself and with others. In my experience, I can tell you that its an easy, and safe walk, with street lights. However, if you don't care to hoof it for 1/2 mile, a $6-7 Uber ride will get you there in 5-minutes

2nd Note: If this property doesn't work for you, check out our Stockyards Cowboy Cottage...Sleeps 9.....in front of this Cowboy Cabin-both are a 2 block walk to Stockyards......or our Stockyards Ranch House........Sleeps 6, and can accommodate up to 8 (sofa bed), with an extra half bath, 2-car garage, private fenced yard and 2050 sf. Stockyards Trip

House was very clean, nicely updated, well and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and location was very good for visiting stock yards.

Lee House
