My name is David. I am a business professional from beautiful Vancouver BC. My Palm Desert residence is my home away from home. Of course, I can't be there all the time - and so I have decided to open up my home to long-term rentals only (30 day minimum).

This home is located in a very up and coming area in Palm Desert. It is very close to all of the best shopping and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The home itself is brand new, completed in November 2022. The pool and spa were completed in July 2023. The pool is fantastic! There is also a small putting green for golfers.
