Great location

The property was very clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Host has everything you could need in the home. There was never a problem finding parking. The neighborhood was quiet and i felt safe walking at night. Location was perfect and convenient to entertainment and restaurants.

Home Away From Home

My wife and I were needing a place to stay for more than a couple of months and we were wanting a place that was close to Burbank. We found this gem and were happy that it matched up with the picture. It really does look like a model home with everything being completely new. Check in was also a breeze. The living room is homey and we made use of the smart tv, the kitchen comes with everything needed to cook and serve up a meal, the bedroom had ample closet space and the bathroom always had nice hot water to deliver a relaxing shower. Sev was a gracious host during our stay there and he did a good job of keeping in touch with us regarding any needs we may have had and in providing us with updates as well. Lastly, the place is situated not that far from downtown Burbank and closely situated to a lot of other points of interest. Overall the place served us well as a home away from home!
