I didn't realize it was a wheelchair accessible aparment and that was probably part of the funkiness. It just wasn't an inviting place to be--it felt quite empty and dark. There were only two of us and the only comfortable place to sit was a greasy looking 1990s couch, I ended up putting a blanket on it so I could stand to sit on it. Not sure where six people would sit. Nice tv though. Beds: on rollers and bang into the wall and headboard. Creaky. Very hard. Paper thin blankets. We left a night early because it was not comfortable, plus could hear every footstep as the neighbor's kids ran back and forth at night. Then waking up and not finding any coffee filters for the coffee machine...makes it pretty useless. It is close to town and the park, which is good.
