This newly renovated spacious home is on the 18th hole in the private Picacho Hills golf course community. This 3200 sq ft home recently finished a $110,000 renovation and has new everything. This home sleeps 20+ and includes a game room, multiple sitting rooms, nice sitting areas in back yard under pergola or around the fire pit, and plenty of seating for family or group meals. This home is also perfect for family events (with event fee - extra tables and chairs included).

This is a luxury home that has all the small touches to make life really comfortable. Hold your next event or come to enjoy indoor-outdoor living with our 330 days a year of sunshine and gorgeous views of the Organ Mountains. This home features a large master suite with a master bath jacuzzi and walk-in shower, two dining areas, three sitting rooms, large roomy kitchen, sun room, game room, laundry room, 4 smart TVs and WiFi. Beautiful brand new floors, furniture, and appliances throughout. All high-end linens and kitchen ware. Perfect for enjoying your trip to Las Cruces in the lap of luxury.

Master suite is upstairs with private balcony sitting area. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor with a queen bed or bunk beds. The game room has 2 queen-size bunk beds with a retro NES gaming system, 8 foot pool table, and dvd's or a smart tv to watch movies but is under the garage and does not have AC or heat. We do provide space heaters and an evaporative cooler. We have two large dining tables that fit 10 with 5 spots at the island. Additional space can be found in the sun room or out back under the porch or pergola. We provide soap, shampoo and conditioner in all 3 showers and lots of fluffy towels. The backyard is fully fenced. Washer and dryer for your convenience on longer stays and a garage to park your car.

Please park in the driveway, the garage, or in front of the house. Try not to park in front of the neighbors houses. They like their quiet neighborhood and we want to be good neighbors.

We are always available for questions, whether about the property or great hikes or restaurants. The full property is available for your enjoyment, no amenities are shared.

Our home is located in a quiet golf-club community. The area is great for hiking as Picacho Peak is close by. Hungry? Make your way to the Great American Steak Burger for good food and beer/wine.

Mesilla is the most upscale area of Las Cruces, and Picacho Hills is one of the most exclusive parts of the area. This home is surrounded by great hikes. At the bottom of the road is Rio Grande river access for swimming and walking trails, and the Mesilla Bosque State Park is right there as well. Explore the orchards and vineyards that have been here since the Spanish settled the area in the 1500's, and Mesilla has the original town square and church as this was Mexico before the Gadsden Purchase. New Mexico history at its best.

This is an amazing location to have access to anywhere in Las Cruces in just a few minutes, but you definitely need a car, like most spots in Cruces. Even downtown or Mesilla is just 15 minutes away by highway! This is a perfect location to stay at when house hunting in Las Cruces or moving to the area, or to access White Sands, NASA or Spaceport America. The property is near the I-10.

The effect of Covid-19 on Las Cruces has been very minimal. Lots of great restaurants are still open for takeout and curbside delivery orders, plenty of great hiking trails and outdoor activities. And this weather this Spring has been the best ever!
We sanitize fully between guests, wiping down all commonly touched surfaces in addition to a thorough cleaning. Please reach out with any question on this. Thank you!

No smoking on property!

We just renovated this beautiful property and want our guests to enjoy the space. We also want our neighbors to be happy with our property being used as a short-term rental on Airbnb. This property is NOT a party house and guests/you are required to be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise level down, especially when outside and between the hours of 9pm-8am. If you can be respectful of our neighbors and keep the rules of our house, you are welcome to book. We do have noise monitors at the property that will be monitored. We look forward to hosting you.

RULES AND FEES SUMMARY
$65 for taking the garage remote and not returning it
$35 for failure to take garbage cans to the curb on garbage day
$25 for failure to turn off the grill, propane tank, or gas stove knobs

- 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. MST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. MST. NO Early Check-in or late check-out. There will be a Late Check-Out fee of $25 if leaving the property 25-60 minutes after 10 A.M. NO ARRIVALS OR DEPARTURES ALLOWED Christmas Eve, Christmas Day (Dec 24th & 25th), New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day or Thanksgiving day!
2. Keys must be returned to lockbox on checkout as cleaners need that for access, and all keys and garage remotes must be present onsite, otherwise a $150 locksmith fee will be charged.
3. This is a NON SMOKING property, no smoking is allowed inside or out because of fire damage. If smoke smell or butts are found a $250 fee will be charged in addition to the cost of removing smell and/or any damage. Pets are not permitted in property unless prior approval is received and pet fee paid.
4. Not a party place- please be quiet and respectful of neighbors.
5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash area. d. All doors and windows are closed and unit is left locked. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens or towels are lost or damaged. g. NO Early check-in or late check-out. h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the Las Cruces Police Department.
6. CLEANING FEE - A nonrefundable cleaning fee is required in addition to the rental rate and Damage/Reservation deposit.
7. CANCELLATIONS - We have a strict cancellation policy.
8. THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS – Third party bookings are not allowed under any circumstances, the booking account must be for the guest.
9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of people on property, at all times, is limited to twenty-six (26) persons. An additional charge or $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to fourteen (14) will be assessed. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate. 10. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
11. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however it is available at an additional rate.
12. INTERNET USAGE – Usage of internet for illegal downloading is strictly prohibited and guest is responsible for usage by other occupants of the house.
13. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
14. Guest voluntarily accepts all risk of personal injury, death and property damage (including personal property) to themselves, their family or anyone on the Premises with their permission, which injury or damage results from their use of the Premises. This includes falling off bunk beds and all other possible risks associated with the property.
15. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
