Resort living for up to ten people. This is a two-unit lock off. Each unit has an attached living room with fireplace, sofa sleeping, loveseat, dining room for six and a kitchen. Full access to resort activities and water park. Taxes 12.75% not included in price. Pet fee $150

The one bedroom has two double beds and the other a king-sized bed. Each bedroom has two full size bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a whirlpool tub. As a guest you can take advantage of all Westgate amenities including water park passes for up to four people for the length of your stay. The room shown in the virtual tour 360-degre tour is the style of room you are booking a "One Bedroom Deluxe King Bed Villa." And at 1650 square feet is extremely large 2 unit lock off.

Great facility

The resort was very nice. Parking was a bad if you got in late. Had to park several buildings over every night but that was only complaint

I bought this for my kids and grandkids but some of them are unable to make it this year. I find it much cheaper in the long run than staying in a hotel and eating out every day. Plus, you can take advantage of all the activities the resort offers including the Wild Bear indoor water park which by itself would cost $24.95 per person for a single day.

Why they chose this property

I purchased a Grand four-bedroom package and won't be using two of the units this year. So, I decided to let someone else take advantage of everything Westgate Smokey Mountains Resort offers. My price is for a true two-bedroom unit, not a one bedroom with the pull-out sleeper in the living room by those standards this would be a Four-bedroom unit.

What makes this property unique

Middle level features a King bedroom while the lower-level features two double beds. Both units have full-size kitchens, dining for six, fireplace, balcony and two bathrooms. I would consider splitting them up for $1,400 plus taxes but, you would have to let me know in advance so I could create another listing with that price.
