Beautifully decorated studio in a PRIME location within Origin at Seahaven Resort. This 7th floor unit overlooks the pool and has breathtaking Gulf Views from the private balcony.

Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This vacation rental features:

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 3 Guests

Turn-key, rental ready with all linens, accessories, housewares, electronics and furnishings included. You won't find this LUXURY and quality anywhere else in PCB. Origin is BEAUTIFUL...the only Panama City Beach condo with hotel design and INTERIOR corridors, mahogany entry doors, CUSTOM hall sconces and address plaques, pendant lighting, granite, raised panel cabinets, a theater, fitness center, observation decks, dining terraces, and parking in the building. Very close to Pier Park, Concert Venues, Restaurants and just steps away to our dedicated beach access (just across the street) and the iconic Sharky's restaurant.

Origin resort has the following:
1) Onsite arcade
2) Onsite Coffee and Ice at the Saltwater Marketplace
3) Pool and hot tub on the 4th floor
4) Fitness center on the 4th floor
5) Laundry facility on the first floor that takes bills and cards. Guests must provide their own detergent.

In the condo’s kitchen(ette), you will find wristbands for use while staying at the Origin. Wristbands are required by those wishing to access onsite amenities who are 10 years old and up. Do not lose your wristbands, as we are unable to offer more than the initial allocation. Since wristbands can tighten easily, consider bringing them with you to areas requiring them.

Parking & garage policy: Enter the parking garage, which is on the north side of Front Beach Road. Park anywhere in the garage that is not a reserved space. Upon parking, promptly head to your unit and locate the parking permit (within the guest packet); guests receive one parking deck pass and one overflow pass. Oversized vehicles must use the overflow parking lot.

Any extra parking passes must be pre-arranged and cost $35 (plus tax) per permit. Guests will be charged for any parking violations received during their stay (including any vehicle taking up more than one parking space).

Follow the directions below so that you don’t get towed:

1. Provide all required information listed on any permits, including your unit number, 30a Seascapes as the rental co., and the start & end dates of your reservation.

2. Return to your car(s) & affix the permit(s) to the rearview mirror(s); assure the dates are visible. A pass needs to be visible on the vehicle’s rearview mirror for the entirety of your stay.

3. If, for any reason, your stay is extended, you will have to return to security and get an updated parking pass.

No luggage racks inside the unit (and, please, immediately return luggage carts after borrowing).

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

There were positives & negatives at this property. Positive: The view was good. You can see the beautiful ocean across the street & it is gorgeous. The negative: it is ACROSS the street. The positive: you're up on the 7th floor. The negative: you can hear SOOO much noise, especially during busy times.The way the condo building is shaped it literally is an echo chamber for the LOUD & nosey street below & during peak season, you can hear cars, motorcycles, music, & people being loud.The positive: the room had a nice large king sized bed & a sleeper sofa. The negative: the fridge was small & YOU WILL need ice-which is almost $7 per bag (on property) THEN, you will have NO WHERE to put it if you have anything else in your freezer. The positive: 2 stove burners & a microwave. The negative: no oven & VERY tiny space to prepare anything. The positive: HUGE flat screen tv. The negative: the flooring has lots of scratches and it looks like they did a shotty job on installing it bc in the center of the room is a large circular sunken in spot where they didn't properly underlay the flooring so you know they covered up something. The positive: Balcony w/2 chairs. The negative: It's TINY & you can see everyone & everyone can SEE YOU (very little privacy). The positive: the building exterior is beautiful & lights up gorgeous at night. The negative: the interior carpeting down the halls is old & looks dirty. Overall decent to good rating.
