Love the area

We loved the area. We didn't realize that is was right behind a shopping area but we enjoyed being close to food and music at night. I would strongly suggest a key pad to get into the building! We were approached by a man one night and there is NO security. Strangers can get all the way to your room without being stopped. The beach access was about a 1/2 mile walk to the beach but the beach that we were allowed to use is VERY small. People were umbrella to umbrella. Also, there is no walking the beach, it is all private.

No major issues. We liked the location because it was by pool, parking, and the shopping area, but was still far enough away from the performance area that we couldn't hear it. The dishes in the unit were sticky and lacking if you wanted to cook. We weren't allowed to bring any dishware or jars to the grilling area because no glass was allowed which made cooking a big hassle. Everything else was a good experience.

Property is in a good location and AC worked well. We did not have hot water for days 1-4 of our 5 day stay. They repeatedly told me they sent someone out and that it was fixed only to take another cold shower. Even tried to say we didn’t know how to work the shower handle and maybe that was the problem Finally on the afternoon of day 4 they got someone out to fix the problem. They never followed up with us. Stained box springs, pillows and towels. Room has a mildew smell. Will not be staying again.

Property was very clean and host was great. Only issue was number of towels available and no broom or sweeper available to sweep up.
