There is a 1 time parking fee of $50 per vehicle plus tax with a 2 vehicle maximum per Condo that will need to be paid at the lobby on the main floor between the hours of 7:30am and 11pm EST. They will provide you with arm bands for the pool and a parking pass. If you arrive outside of these hours, please go to the security desk on the 3rd floor and they will be able to assist you. If nobody is there, there is a phone number on a sign at the desk and you can call them for help.

Parking Notes:

Parking spaces are not dedicated and the Parking Garage is located across the street from the building.

You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to onsite amenities with your parking pass.

The parking Garage max vehicle height is 7’ and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for oversized vehicles.

There is no outside parking nor additional parking besides in the garage.

No Scooters, Golf Carts, Rentable Mini Vehicles, Boats or Trailers allowed on the property.
Other things to note
MUST BE 25 OR OLDER. Sterling Breeze does not allow anyone under the age of 25 to occupy the unit by themselves and they do check ID at the front desk.
