PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT

Cute, clean, and updated efficiency unit located in beachfront resort with amenities. Don't miss the gorgeous sunsets from the many lookout areas! Unit comes fully furnished, including linens, dishware, glassware, pots, pans, and décor. The unit has been recently painted, new backsplash, chandelier, brand new sleeper sofa (not yet used), leather reclining sofa and custom blackout blinds, towels and bedding!
This is a studio with one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps 3. Kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and toaster.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
