This Condo sits right on the sand of Panama City Beach! This one Bedroom, one Bathroom home is on the 9th floor of the SUNBIRD condominium.
Inside this newly updated condo is all you need! It comes fully furnished with newer LVP vinyl floors. Outside on the balcony is the stunning Gulf view with the famous Pineapple Willy's on the right. Look below and it's a brand-new pool, making it a total of three pools on the property.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Parking is not included with your stay. The fee is $30 for 1 vehicle and $5 per wristband for amenities. March to September only 1 car allowed. Security can issue and take payment after 5, weekends and holidays when office is closed. Any Additional cars can park in overflow across the street from Rippleys. There is a fee to park there per day. Parking passes and amenity wristbands can be picked up at the Hoa off between the two buildings on floor 1.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Great value

Booked knowing of construction in progress..however little noise no construction debris.over all no issues only issue i report is i extended my stay and needed to swap units.ck out is 10am and check in is at 4pm not having a vehicle on site i felt a little uncomfortable with my bags out in the open and nowhere really for me to wait in a sheltered situation of course the weather is HOT and only so long one will sit on the beach and NOT abandon all belongings and go to a restaurant or bar. Of course being here a week already i knew security was very good here nothing disturbed but without faith and knowledge of security practices here that would have been a large leap of faith.so my stay was very nice and affordable for traveling alone.
