Just off of the Coralville strip, this 1950 square foot 3 story features an attached garage, double fireplace, seated bar area, rec room with ping pong table, 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2.5 bathrooms all recently renovated. New flooring, cabinets, paint, furniture, appliances, and more! Close to Carver Hawkeye Arena and within 10 minutes of the hospital and Kinnick Stadium. Very near the Coralville Mall. Nice quiet location.

Lots of room

The house is nicely remodeled and the furniture is new. It was a good location to the freeway and the University. There are three large bedrooms upstairs and three bathrooms in total, but there is only one bathroom upstairs. There was lots of space in the house, including two kitchens! We didn't use the downstairs at all except to play ping pong! The owner is very nice, and we would stay here again.
