The communication was amazing! The hotel looked beautiful.... but we never got to see our room. When we arrived, they said it was overbooked and they did not have our rooms - they were sold to other people. At the last minute we needed to find another place to stay that afternoon. They did give me a full refund and were very accommodating about the review.
