Immerse yourself and live like a local in this gorgeous villa, where the hilltop breeze carries the beautiful sound of church bells.
Enjoy your morning coffee and evening wine and cheese with a view from the private rooftop veranda!

You will feel as if you’ve been transported back to medieval times in this walled town.

This perfect location encourages relaxing days as well as short drives to Tuscany’s top destinations! Take a walk to IL Corso, my favorite local bar and trattoria to start your day with a cappuccino and pasticceria.

If you enjoy hiking, be sure to bring your hiking gear and set out for an adventure on any of the near by trails in this breathtakingly beautiful region known as Maremma!! (See photo in property gallery) If the beach is your pleasure you’ll be happy to know you are near one of the Top 10 beaches in Tuscany: Torre Mozza Beach.

Be sure to plan a trip to join one of the many famous and colorful Medieval Festivals throughout the summer! Our favorite one being right here in town the first weekend of August!
