Check in was extremely quick. The clerk was quite pleasant, as was the night clerk. The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. There was a lot of closet space. Room service was very quick and very personable. This property had a lot of nice vintage decorative touches, especially the lobby, with a large fire place and lots of comfortable seating areas. It is very close to Times Square, there was access to lots of forms of transportation. We will definitely stay there again.
